Our client (an excellent company who gets their products to market more quickly than their competitors) seeks a results-driven, creative Regional Sales Manager for the Northwestern region who has experience in fixtures and/or controls and dimmers.
You will use your experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Specification Representative (or possibly an outgoing, very energetic Lighting Designer with strong closing skills) to hire, train and manage the rep agent network and make joint calls with those reps on top specifiers within the region as well as launch new products in the field. You will also be working directly with lighting designers a small percentage of the time so will need to be technically capable.
Our ideal candidate will be very driven and have a high energy level while being flexible, resilient and have a good reputation in the industry. Management experience is preferred but not critical. Experience working with specifiers is required for this opportunity.
