Regional Sales Manager/South Central U.S.

Our client (a highly watched, quickly-growing manufacturer with whom we have placed several people) is seeking an aggressive, hungry, self-motivated, coachable and teachable Regional Sales Manager for the South Central U.S. to work with their independent rep agencies and distributors to provide solutions utilizing a full line of indoor, outdoor products!

You will utilize your ability to close, your ‘fire-in-the-belly’ and your track record of success selling fixtures, controls and/or lamps as you work closely with our leading rep agency to drive new business.

Our ideal candidate is currently a Regional Manager or Sales Representative (or possibly an aggressive inside sales representative looking to bust out) looking to make a real impact. Our ideal candidate also is a true hunter, who wants to own what she/he does, is driven, and both results and goal-oriented and lives in a major metro area in Texas. Plus, you will have the opportunity to work with a terrific team and report to one of the future leaders of our industry (who we placed with our client company)! BS/BA degree preferred (but not critical); 40% travel.
