Our client (a company with extraordinary accounts with whom we have placed people previously) is seeking a very sociable, self-motivated, and proactive Specification Sales Representative to cover the greater Atlanta area maintaining existing customer relationships with established specifiers and growing that market!

Your passion for lighting and your appetite to make things happen along with your understanding of construction cycles will serve you well as you engage with the Atlanta lighting community, immerse yourself in IES, AIA and WILD activities, get products specified on projects, and strengthen our client’s relationship with the interior design community.

Our ideal candidate is currently a Specification Sales Representative or a very outgoing Lighting Designer (who greatly enjoys being out with customers) or a Regional Manager (who wants to enjoy a new and different work-life balance) or a person in a product training role with a manufacturer. Also, our ideal candidate is a collaborative team member, stays focused on taking the spec all the way through the close, is ethical, and doesn’t believe in excuses. Membership in WILD (or at least a strong familiarity with) is a real plus; experience with AIA or IALD is also welcome. Degree preferred, but not required, but a lighting degree (Boulder, Penn State, etc.) is a big plus. Women and minorities are encouraged to apply.
